I love my new kitchen! Beautiful cabinets, great quality and working with Pat McAuliffe was a pleasure. His knowledge and expertise in cabinetry made it this daunting project for me, seem effortless! My wife and I are so pleased with what B+G has done for us that we cannot say enough. Four years ago while remodeling our kitchen we bought B+G’s Cabico cabinet line… a Canadian company for whom we also nothing but great respect now.We had had a couple of drawers and doors with some moisture damage. We called Pat from B+G about our issue and within 24 hours he called back and set up an appointment to come out to the house. He was at our door within a just few days. After doing a very thorough inspection, Pat said Hey, Jeff and Janet, we and Cabico stand by our guarantee; if OK with you, I can be back here to do the new install in 4-6 weeks. And we’ll replace the whole section, not just the few damaged fronts”.True to his word – and on time as he had promised – Pat returned, just today, working non-stop from 7:30 a.m..til 2:30 p.m. – no coffee or lunch break – to finish what he had promised to do. It looks beautiful!!!I found out, too, B+G gives Pat Mondays off. Today is Monday. Good luck going anywhere else for kitchen cabinets and outstanding customer service!!
