Do we receive a full set of design plans to keep from our meeting?
We offer complimentary quotes and site measurements. A follow-up showroom appointment will be scheduled to review the floor plan, elevations, and perspectives together in person. If you choose to retain the design plans, a retainer will be required.
Do you offer cabinet installation?
Yes, you may choose to use our professional installers who have been with us 25 years to install your cabinetry and all related moldings and hardware.
Do you offer demolition of existing cabinets?
No, we do not provide demolition services, as this typically requires the expertise of a licensed electrician or plumber.
How is a quote sent?
Quotes are delivered via email and are based on the details discussed during a showroom consultation or site visit.
How much does a retainer cost?
Retainer fees are based on the scope of the project. The cost is 10% of the total cabinet contract. This amount is then credited toward your final cabinet contract at the time of closing.
What is the turnaround time from a site measure to receiving a quote?
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 1.5 to 2 weeks after either an on-site measurement or the receipt of scaled drawings.
